"My mission is to provide friendly, high-quality patient care in a comfortable setting while educating the patient in order to establish and maintain optimum oral health".
To the Edalat family, dentistry is more than a profession, even more than a tradition; it is a lifestyle. A shared passion of art and science drove them all to pursue dental education. Now not only do they share a career in compassionate care for others, but they also share the Trojan spirit as graduates of the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC.
Our mission is to provide you with personalized, high-quality care. Our dental practice consist of a team of highly trained Dentist in various Dental specialties that is dedicated to improving and maintaining your oral health. Whether you need preventative care. cosmetic dentistry, or oral surgery, you will love your teeth.
We also treat children of all ages! Remember: Your child’s first dental visit should be when that first tooth erupts (6-12months).
We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our dental office as we welcome all patients as if they were family. Keeping abreast with technology is one of Dr. Edalat passions. We offer digital x-rays that significantly reduce radiation exposure. We use Digital photography to give you a tour of your mouth and Computer Imaging allows you to see the possible outcome before committing to care. We use a soft-tissue laser to provide treatment for moderate to advanced gum disease. The laser removes bacteria and diseased tissue in a gentle, nontraumatic way. Laser gum disease treatment is much gentler and more comfortable than traditional gum surgery using a scalpel.
Teeth can become stained from the foods we eat and drink. A great way to bring back the brilliance and radiance of your smile is with Teeth Whitening treatments. In-office bleach treatments and at-home whitening custom trays are available options.
Missing teeth can be embarrassing, causing people to hide their smile and lose their self-esteem. The space created by missing teeth causes other teeth to shift out of place. We work with in house implant specialists and provide dental implants so that our patients can regain their self-confidence, improve their health, and approach life boldly.
If you have concerns about gaps, or just not overall happy with your smile, ask Dr Edalat if you are a candidate for veneers.
It's necessary to have a root canal treatment when the tooth's nerve becomes infected as a result of deep decay.
Here is a case of tooth #3 with irreversible pulpitis where patient is symptomatic and will need a root canal
4 canals are located, and the root canal is finalized with a beautiful outcome.

Curved canals #19, but beautiful outcome.
Root canal tooth #30 with 4 canals.
One of the things Dr. Edalat monitor during your dental appointments is the growth of your wisdom teeth, or third molars. Third molars generally begin to erupt between the ages of 17 and 25. Wisdom teeth may require removal for many reasons, including pain, infection, or growth issues. While not all patients need their wisdom tooth removed, problems can develop if removal is not performed. If you wait, you could have problems after surgery that range from heavy bleeding and fractured teeth to severe numbness and minor loss of movement in your jaw.
Why is removal necessary?
Evaluation of your wisdom teeth will be done upon your initial exam. Depending on severity of impaction, you might be referred to an Oral Surgeon for the extractions.
Ask Dr Edalat to evaluate your wisdom teeth upon your exam.
